Stanley, NC - Naomi “Lynn” Elmore Todd, 69, passed away on July 22. Lynn was born in Caldwell County, the youngest child of Ralph Elmore and Inez Keller Elmore. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents and brother in-law, Earl Pitman. Lynn’s immediate surviving family includes her son and daughter in-law, Scott and Danielle Todd; brother in-law and sister, Reggie & Barbara Goodwin; and sisters, Dianna Pitman and Nancy Elmore.
Lynn attended Myers Park High School and Central Piedmont Community College. She was retired from the United States Postal Service.
Lynn enjoyed socializing with her beloved friends and neighbors, and the companionship of her dog, Seraph. Lynn was strong of faith and trusting of the Lord.
The family requests only smiles and prayers offered in her remembrance. Further, the family especially recognizes the dedication and love of Mike Ferley, Lynn’s caregiver.
A memorial service will be held at the American Legion (100 Legion Dr, Stanley, NC 28164) at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016.
