CROUSE — Jack Howard Weaver, passed away April 27, 2017 at Robin Johnson House, Dallas.
He was born May 5, 1935 in Turtletown, Tenn to the late Tom and Blanche Weaver. He was a retired truck driver. Daddy was a free spirit and loved to roam from state to state. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Ted and Thomas Holbrooks and Clifford Weaver; sisters Bonnie Mae Haskins, Ruby Wilson, Opal Craig and Donnie Crawford.
Jack is survived by his daughters Beverly Lewallen (Danny) of Crouse and Vickie Moore of Gastonia; son Steve Weaver (Tammy) of Gastonia; grandchildren Michael Lewallen (fiancée Katelyn Jackson), Taylor Cline (Justin), Carly Lewallen and Kylie Weaver; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Hollywood Cemetery.
