Howard Lee Smith, 79, of Belmont, NC passed away peacefully on to his heavenly home on July 1, 2017. Howard was former deacon at West Cramerton Baptist Church, where he served loyally for 30 years up to his disability. Dad had 3 main pleasures in life, his Church, Family, and fishing. He was a dedicated man in every aspect of life to include his profession, where he worked for 50 years at South Eastern Metal Products of Charlotte.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara McKee Smith. He is survived by his daughter Yvonne Bridges; son and caregiver Roy Bradley Smith and his wife Elly; sons Mike Smith, Robert Smith, Shannon Smith, and. Followed by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
The family will be holding a private service at a later date.
