Roger Dale Franklin, Sr., 66, passed away October 4, 2017 at home. He was born in Charlotte on May 9, 1951. He was preceded in death by his father Lewis John Franklin and grandson Cooper Stiles Franklin.
Roger is survived by his wife Patti; sons Dale Franklin, Jr. and Hampton Franklin and his wife Brittany Petro Franklin; grandson Chase McAbee; granddaughter Hadley Mae Franklin; mother Irene Smith; brother Toney Franklin; sister Glenys Barnes.
A memorial service will be 6:30pm Saturday at Core Church, 707 Westland Farm Rd. Mt. Holly, NC 28120.
