Jeanette Catherine Formica, April 27, 1933 to June 21, 2018.
Jeanette , 85 years of age, passed away peacefully at home.
She is predeceased by her husband , Charles Formica, and parents Spurgeon Price and Effie Jemima Price.
Jeanette is survived by her son Chuck Formica and wife Mistee, daughter Tammy Hoffman and husband Jody, Anne and Tracy Estelle, grandchildren Ariel, Jamie and Vincent Formica, Ruby and Logan Estelle, Noah and Emma Calowell, and Violet and Adam Long. Also 3 brothers and 3 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Memorial Service for Jeanette is Monday, June 25, 2018 starting at 2pm, at A Simple Service Funeral Home on 451 Hospital Drive, Gastonia, NC.
