Kings Mountain – Phyllis Elaine Millsaps, 65, born March 3, 1952 in Columbia SC and passed away July 22, 2017 at Robin Johnson House. She was preceded in death by her mother Christine Rowell and brother Ted Kea.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Buddy Millsaps; daughter and son in law Chrissy and Jerry Jenkins; son and daughter in law Danny Lee and Kimberly McCurry; grandchildren Amy Leigh, Aron, Cameron and Karigan; great grandchildren Kinsley, Max, Hunter and Cooper; father Charlie Rowell; sister Betty Jo; brothers Fred and Bobby; and many friends.
Funeral service will be Thursday 2 PM at A Simple Service 451 Hospital Drive Gastonia NC 28054. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.
