Linda Williams, age 79, of Gastonia passed from this earth and entered heaven to live in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday October 7, 2017. Mrs. Williams died as a result of a fall at home.
The family would like to thank the medical professionals of Caromont Health and Gaston Hospice for the excellent care provided to Mrs. Williams.

Mrs. Williams, a native of Robeson County, was the daughter of the late H.S. and Louise Taylor Noble. Mrs. Williams was retired from BB&T. She was married to the late Robert W. Williams. Surviving Mrs. Williams are her daughter Susan (Stan) Foster of Belmont NC, sister, Carole (Edward) DeNove of Clayton NC. David (Trouvee) Williams of Gastonia and Robert Williams Jr. of Myrtle Beach SC., Grandson Ryan (Hannah) Foster, Granddaughter Lauren F. (Cameron) Matthews of Nashville Tn. Great grandchildren Ruby, Lincoln and Rhett Foster; Austen Elizabeth Matthews.
Visitation is Sunday October 22, 2017 at 3:00, Celebration Service, 4:00 pm at Hillcrest Baptist Church 8501 Bellhaven Blvd Charlotte NC 28214. Officiating and attending to the family are Pastor Steven Gompers and Pastor Ryan Foster.
